A Letter To Our Customers
Dear Doherty’s Customers,
Doherty’s Garage plans to be open and will be here for all of your car needs. Our rubbish collection service will continue as well. At Doherty’s Garage, the health of our customers, our staff, and our community is tremendously important to us. As we continue to monitor the developments related to COVID-19 (coronavirus), we wanted to let you know what steps we are taking in response to recommendations from the experts.
How WE are preventing contracting or spreading the virus within our business:
We’re cleaning buses thoroughly between trips as well as nightly.
We’re taking further measures to sanitize high-touch areas.
We’ve made hand sanitizer available to all patrons and employees.
We’re refraining from shaking hands as a greeting.
We’re maintaining safe social distances between customers and employees.
We’re cleaning counters and gas pumps throughout the day.
We’re cleaning areas of the interiors touched by mechanics and office staff.
We’re having the bays and office cleaned during the day, along with the normal nightly cleaning.
We’re requiring employees to wash hands frequently.
We’re requiring employees to stay home when sick.
We’re closely following information and recommendations being put forth by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
